Wanderstay Hospitality Group has both a 24-bed hostel and 10-room boutique hotel in its portfolio. Deidre Mathis made history as the first Black woman to own and operate a hostel in the United States.

One Day Brand
Onboarding
The Honeywave Team will get you onboarded, and set you up with your own personal Trello board to start organizing your content to prepare for your brand/website design.
Phase Two
Prep Call
We get on a call the week before your Design Day to review everything in your Trello board and make sure we are prepped and ready to go for Design Day.
Phase Three
Design Day
This is when the fun happens. You sit back and relax while we bring your brand/website design to life. We’ll have two hours at the end of the day for revisions.
Phase Four
Prep Call
You will get two full weeks of post design follow up support just in case any glitches or questions pop up!
*This time is reserved for tech issues. Any design revisions are limited to your Design Day.

Will I need to be available on my Design Day?
Yes, you will need to be available for your Design Day. You won’t need to be sitting on your computer all day long, but you’ll want to make sure you have your phone nearby to respond quickly if any questions or feedback requests arise. For One Day Websites, you will need to plan on being free from around 3-5pm CST. This is when we will do the website reveal and work through any revisions.
Can I book a 1/2 Day Experience?
Sure! The Half Day Experience is a good option for you if you already have a website you like and just want to add in a page or something small. It is also a good option if you have the basics for your brand, but want some additional assets added in to help you bring it to life. The Half Day includes 4 hours and is $2,000 (Payment plans available).
Are there any additional costs?
There MAY be additional costs associated with your design depending on what you already have. For your website, you will need a domain (~ $12/yr) and hosting (~ $3/month- You will probably pay for your first 1 to 3 years up front). For branding, you may need to buy a font license for your updated brand fonts (Usually under $15/font).
Do you offer payment plans?
We do! This is a big and exciting investment for your business. I want to make sure we make it as easy as possible for you to say “Yes!” and get started on your transformation. To help with this, we offer a $1,000/month payment plan on all packages.
Can you build me a Shopify Website?
We sure can! We love working with e-commerce brands to grow their online presence. Additional costs to consider with Shopify is that we will need a premium theme (~$250) and you will also need a paid Shopify account (~$30/mo).
Do you offer any other website packages?
Yes! If you are wanting a larger, more intensive website design project, check out our Wavemaker Exclusive Package! It is a two-week collaborative process with unlimited revisions, more advanced features, and includes up to 10 pages.
How far in advance should I schedule my Design Day?
We typically recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow you enough time to gather content for your new website design/brand design! Make sure to check with us if you have a tight deadline you are working towards. We will do what we can to get you squeezed in and ready to launch!
What is “Voxer” Support?
Voxer is a cool walkie-talkie-type app that we will use for communication on your Design Day. It allows for quick communication back-and-forth so we don’t miss a beat!
